Good evening to all.
As what was discussed during the meeting last night. We have agreed that we will push to Fund Raising instead of a Koi Show this coming December. Our Koi Show was tentatively scheduled January next year. We come up with this Fund Raising due to lack of funding of our group and for the upcoming Koi Show. The funds will be used for the next show. We all know that we are expanding to Breeder's category; expanding means additional equipments. The next agenda was all about the ATTENDANCE and funds. The attendance is back to zero and regarding the funds, we would strictly collect it (whether present or absent). This would greatly benefit the group especially during the preparation and during the show. Honestly speaking, not because of the Entry Fee, the show would not be as good as that. It keep the show alive. So, I hope everyone will understand why we did strictly collect the funds. Lastly, regarding the next show, attendance would really matter in this term. Each member should have at least 60% present on the total number of meetings.
